Today was filled with oranges.  This is one of the meals.  Actually, the meal was an orange smoothie, made up of these beauties.

As most fruit oranges are a great source of water and fiber.  They are a great source of vitamin C.  They are also a good source of folate, thiamin, potassium and calcium.
