Oranges Monomeal

Early this morning a beautiful mist floated in.  And so this mornings monomeal became misty oranges.  This is a wonderful breakfast.  However, if you are not eating a low fat raw diet I would recommend sweeter fruit for breakfast.   If you have had a large, heavy dinner, your stomach may actually still be working on your food in the morning.  Adding oranges on top of it may give a slight indigestion.

As most fruit oranges are a great source of water and fiber.  They are a great source of vitamin C.  They are also a good source of folate, thiamin, potassium and calcium.
