Mango Monomeal

Mangos are amazing.  When they are ripe they are just about the best fruit you could ever have.  They are rich in vitamin B6, and this is something you might be able to notice.  After taking B6 some people experience a warm, almost burning sensation in the body.  Some times you can get that from mangoes as well.
