Green Leaves Monomeal

You can eat your greens as monomeals too.  This is just a light snack, packed with nutrition but not much fuel.  But the leaves are very fresh and crispy with a nutty flavor.  Leafy greens is where you will get all your minerals.  Around 2-6% of ones calories should come from leafy greens.  For a person on a 2 000 kcal/day diet this meal is 1.8% and so it may be a good idea to go for two such bowls of greens per day.
