Dragon Fruit Snack

This is not really a meal, though it is mono.  It is just a tiny snack, but one I wanted to share with you.  It is my first time trying a dragon fruit, or a pitaya.  They look like pink dragons on the outside and are white with small black seeds on the inside.

2% protein

6% fat

They contain calcium, phosphorous, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin C.
